Yes, state and PT license number, scan of school ID from a CAPTE PT program if a student; if Level 2 registrant need to provide proof of Level 1 course cert.

Dry needling has been proven to be exceptionally effective at reducing pain and improving function. It is used to treat both acute and chronic conditions with accelerated results. Dry needling, in conjunction with manual therapy, will reduce total PT visits and return patients to their prior level of function more rapidly.

We accept payment through Zelle and personal check, which may be mailed. We will release course materials through Dropbox on receipt of payment in full and communicate with you via email.

Refund Policy: >2 weeks cancellation 80%; < 2weeks 50%; 100% credit available for future course.  Cancellation must be completed in writing through email.
